the buffet food was well-prepared and the pools were very nice. The staff was energetic and professional, especially the monitors for kids who made the experience even more enjoyable. We found the cleanliness level to be satisfactory as well.

Last weekend, my family and I had a memorable moment at this resort located 90 miles away from São Paulo. the impressive lake and good swimming pools were perfect for outdoor activities. We enjoyed observing the small animals in the mini, zoo nearby and playing soccer in the dedicated field. Our room was modern, spacious, and cozy, with a private router and high, speed wifi. the Buffet was delightful, with well, cooked food and a variety of options to choose from.

Although the music volume at the pool area was too loud, it didn't hinder the joy we had.

The hotel had a nice swimming pool and a decent breakfast. , the location was convenient, being close to the city center and attractions.

The hotel lacked some of the basic amenities that one would expect for the price. The towels were old and worn out, and the room was outdated.

We had a great stay at a resort close to Sao Paulo. the all-inclusive option with good food and drinks was a plus. the staff was friendly and the activities for both adults and children were enjoyable. the beautiful lake and different outdoor sports were memorable.

Some services did require a fee, which was a bit of a downside as we expected everything to be included. And at times it was difficult to get good service during meal times due to the lack of availability of the waiters.
